Professional AssessmentsAn environmental and/or physical assessment is performed on every client in order to ensure proper product selection and fit by our certified staff members. By providing an environmental and/or physical assessment, including the client, physician, therapist, other healthcare entities or pay sources, we are able to provide the most appropriate equipment while offering cost-effective choices. We Accept................Medicare, Texas Medicaid, Certain Insurances and Private Pay are accepted. Repairs ServicesWe strive to ensure that our products will fit the client's needs from the time of assessment to delivery. Our service technicians are manufacturer certified, qualified and trained to maintain and service the products we sell. WarrantyWe honor all warranties under applicable law, and will repair or replace, free of charge, equipment that is under warranty. We provide manufacturer's guidelines and warranty information on all products we sell. Labor is not included in all warranty replacements and is subject to charges. ReturnsPlease notify of any shortages or discrepancies, if the equipment is not operating properly or if you have any questions within five (5) days of receipt of goods, or no credit will be allowed.
